WHAT'S INCLUDED?


- Exclusivity: When you book your event at The Silo, you are granted complete privacy and exclusivity at our venue. -Planning: One (1) complimentary planning meeting with our event staff to discuss and finalize your event details and design a custom floor plan. -Tables & Chairs: We offer use of our round and banquet tables and wooden X-back farm chairs for indoor use (up to 400 guests). Our staff will set up and breakdown all tables and chairs needed for your event. - Outdoor Seating: white wooden folding chairs with the padded seat bottom for outdoor ceremonies for (up to 300 guests). If additional ceremony chairs are needed, we can coordinate the rental of those as well. - Clean up: We take care of the basic building clean up once your event is over. Each booking group is responsible for their own items. -Event Staff: At least one Silo staff member on site at all times & at least 2 staff members present during your event All of our Wedding Packages also include use of our on-site, private Bridal House and our Gambrel Room so the wedding party has separate areas to get ready before the ceremony.




HOW DO I BOOK?


To book an event at The Silo Event Center, please contact one of our event staff and we would be happy to assist you. In order to secure an event date on our calendar, we require half of the total room rental fee (non-refundable deposit) and a signed event rental contract. WHERE IS THE SILO LOCATED?


The beautiful surrounding 30 acres and our dairy barn inspired venue is conveniently located to I-24 and Fort Campbell Boulevard in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. We are also within 2 miles of numerous hotels, bars, restaurants, and shops. Our address is: 110 John Rives Rd Hopkinsville, KY 42240 The Salon by The Silo/ Bridal House is located at 6262 Fort Campbell Boulevard, Hopkinsville, KY 42240




WHAT IS THE VENDOR POLICY?


We have an open vendor policy which allows you to choose your own vendors to customize your day. However, we do have a preferred vendor list, and we encourage you to use their services. This is due to their upstanding service at our venue and familiarity with The Silo's policies & amenities. If you choose to hire a vendor that is not on our preferred list, please notify us for approval. We also offer Day-Of Coordinating services by one of our experienced event managers and would love to give you additional information regarding those services.




CAN I OFFER A BAR DURING MY EVENT?


The Silo has a state issued Liquor License, and therefore can take care of and provide all bar related services if you choose to offer it during your event. Our bartender fee is $25 per hour per bartender, and you can offer a full host or cash bar, or a combination of the two, depending on your budget and how much you would like to offer it to your guests. Please ask one of our Event Managers for more details.

- Main Event Space: 400 guests banquet style-seating - The Gambrel Room: 70 guests banquet-style seating (on second floor) - Extra Spaces: The front lawn space, side patio area, and the back-barn patio/lawn areas are available for each event to use
